You can get therapy by:
- Exchanging messages (like email but in a secure environment)
- Chatting live
- Speaking over the phone
- Video conferencing
Your subscription includes unlimited message exchange with your therapist as well as a 1:1 session each week. Your weekly 1:1 session can be done by live chat, phone call, or video conference. Additional 1:1 sessions can be purchased if needed but we find that once a week works well for most.
