With live chat, you have the convenience and privacy of text messaging with live interaction for instant response and feedback. To have a live chat session, you will first need to schedule a time with your therapist. At the scheduled time, log in to your account and start typing to “chat” with your therapist.
PHONE: You may want to have your weekly 1:1 session as a phone session. Phone sessions are a great way to conveniently speak with your therapist using your landline or cell phone, no matter where you are. To talk with your provider over the phone, you will need to schedule a time.
VIDEO CONFERENCE: You may want to have your weekly 1:1 as a video conference session where you and your therapist can see and talk with each other in a virtual face-to-face setting (like Skype or FaceTime). To talk with your therapist via video, you will need to schedule a time and log in to your room at that time.
